Loveoutlet is operating and dispatching orders. Our chat support is available and we respond to all emails promptly as usual. We are operating with reduced staff numbers, orders placed in the afternoon may only be dispatched on the following working day.
As a result of the current pandemic situation, social distancing and their depots being short of staff, Royal Mail is experiencing slight delays on deliveries. Some special deliveries by 1pm are not arriving on time, we will not be offering an option to claim if they are not delivered on time during this period.
We would advise using DPD for any overnight deliveries during this period.
Royal Mail International:
We are working with our airline and postal/courier partners across the globe to maintain services, however delays should be expected. Many countries have implemented special measure to combat the spread of Coronavirus COVID-19, especially for signature service to maintain social distancing. The number of countries that we can access is changing daily. Most major export routes remain open, and we continue to accept and process mail, although customers may experience varying levels of delay. There are significant delays to a number of countries right now due to a lack of available transport links and suspension of certain country’s postal operations. We strongly advise not to send items to destinations listed as ‘On suspension’ in the following list: Please click here for a full list of countries.
