You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags. If the item has been taken out of its packaging, handled or used, unfortunately we are unable to process a return for hygiene reasons. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your item is defective or develops a fault, we will send you a Freepost address if you are in the UK to return your item and replace the item for free. Items that are used and develop a fault must be thoroughly cleaned for inspection prior to being returned. Please click here to fill in the exchange form.
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be automatically processed within 30 days. If your refund is not approved, we will notify you via email and provide you with the option of having the item returned to you. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
For obvious hygiene reasons, several types of goods are exempt from being returned, these include:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines
- Lingerie & items of clothing
- Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases
- Goods that are not heat sealed in the box
