Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, you must complete our returns form, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags. If your item has been taken out of its original packaging and/or handled, we will not be able to process a refund. If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to refuse your return.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, these include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines
- Lingerie & items of clothing
- Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases
- Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the contact address on our site. Please click here to fill in our returns form and we will send you instructions on how to return your items along with a return address.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your item is defective please let us know within 36 hours of delivery, if your item develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, we will send you a Freepost address if you are in the UK to return your item and replace the item for free. Items that are used and develop a fault within 30 days must be thoroughly cleaned for inspection prior to being returned. If you return an item for an exchange that is not clean we will not be able to inspect it and will not be able to process an exchange. Please click here to fill in our exchange form. If your item develops a fault after 30 days, we can process an exchange but shipping fees will apply.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inspected it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request for a refund. If you are approved, then a refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 30 days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should fill in the returns form and we will send you a return confirmation along with a return address depending on your situation.
If your item is defective or develops a fault within 30 days we will send you a Freepost address if you are in the UK and exchange your item free of charge.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item if it is not defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If your order benefited from free shipping, the cost of the shipping method selected will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a recorded & traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your returned item its way back to us.

Returns to sender
It is your responsibility to provide us with valid & accurate delivery addresses and to be present during delivery of your order or arrange for re-delivery or pick up the order at the depot. In the event where an order is returned to us, we will contact you and additional postage fees will apply to re-dispatch your order.
DPD: Non delivered parcels for the UK will be returned after 1 delivery attempt or after retention has been exceeded at the pick up location. Returned parcels will incur a return fee of £8.00.
Royal Mail: Parcels returned to sender incur a return fee of £5.00
All other delivery methods: The original delivery fee will be deducted at cost from any refund.
We reserve the right to charge a processing fee at our own discretion on any order cancellation, return or refund in the amount of up to 25% of the order value or a minimum of £2.50 + transaction fees from the payment method processor used to initially place the order. If you placed an order using Paypal the transaction fees are listed here. In the event that an order is returned claimed as defective and our inspection were to prove otherwise, or that an order is returned breaching our returns policy, postage fees will apply to return the order in addition to any ineligible use of our freepost address.
Our faulty item policy & 1 year warranty on products does not cover water damage on items that do not explicitly claim to be waterproof on our website's description, or any physical damage caused by the user.
